Final Project Proposal

Idea

I have some ideas on my project. I wanted to do something that is useful and i can utilised in my work. Thus i got the idea of making some teaching prototypes. The initial idea is making a Teaching kit - a functionable small teaching boat model. This boat model should be small enough to carry around. However, i have not yet come into my decision to decide on the areas i wanted to incorporate in this teaching model. However, as for now,some of the things i would like to include in this model:
1. Any chances in model's GM, the stability should be adjust accordingly.
2. Weather forecast from internet is able to transmit to model, and thus the light navigation lights should be ajust accordingly.
3. ship's propulsion.
4. Monitoring of ship's Vibration

Consideration

These are the factors that i will take into consideration before i can decide on my Final project.
This considerations includes:
1. Time is the biggest factor as this project needs to be finish within next few months. Presently, i am not too sure whether within the given time, this project can be completed on time.
2. Skills is another factor that will change my final project. There are many skills we are learning in this course, however, i worried i might not able to master them and apply them in my project. This will then affect my time management.

1. 2D/3D drawning - ship's hull and structure
2. Electronic controlling - ship's stabilibity
3. Electrical circuit - for ship horn and navigation light
4. Networking - weather forecast link to ship's stabilty
5. 3D printing - internal structure
6. Laser cutting - hull
