Plan and sketch a potential final project:
The basic idea of CC box is a way to store objects with a compact and climate controlled environment in just a box.Planned to be versitile and easy to manage. The contruction concept refering to the materials for its contruction go from ABS plastics(3D PRINT) to aluminium and foam. The area around where I live has a high concentraion of humidity that affect the storage of things(tools, food, medicines, etc) like corrotion, mold, and other common factors.
My future vision for this project is to have CC Box in the almost every ambit of work ,for example:normal house storage, medical usse for storage and transportaion of medicines even organs, tools of aluminium to conserve them and more.
On this stage we made kind of a jump over the git tutorial;having out partner Roberto Broce (Fabacademy student 2020) and Michael Qiu (Mentor) walked us trought the whole process of loging ,dowloading and creating our gti lab account and finding the SSH KEY OR Password.
First I searched the https://gitlab.fabcloud.org/ to create a profile and link it to the Fablabs io.For terminal i use the plataform of gitbash which I had some trouble activating the SSH KEY generator but after several tries with help and guidance of Roberto was succesful at the end.
Been able to access and activate my SSH key was given acces to the Fabacademy2020 project file in the gitlab.(Also took a personal way and change the profile picture of my git lab account:) )
Task 3 and final assigment of week one;coming with no precious expectations of what was going to be the challenge of creating my own website based on a genral template was definetly at the begining real hard process the ideas of how and where to develop this site.By following the Fablab file toturials ,my mentors guidance, youtube videos from the Fabacademy channel, and the support of Walter Lenigang(Fabacademy 2020 student ),Ernesto Blanco(Fabacademy2020 student);the first thing to do was search a template, this case used the platform Bootstrap templates and after three to four templates chosen I finally got "Aries"
After dowloading this template ,I create a new folder in which the rar.file was going to be decompressed.Afterwards went to dowlaod a HTML editor and from Walters reccomendation I used Visual studio code(Personally been the first time using a program to edit HTML AND HTML5 liked more the platform of Visual Studio than Sublime).
After several days and hours of learning and editing had finally the first draft of my website.trying to keep it user friendly with an organized index and easy but modern way of using and looking.
The Git Pushing, this was a point that I was worried about cause i wasnt familiar with the concept of pushing a website to the sever(real nervous and exicted),again having the guidance of my partners Roberto(He had already backstory experience with severs and developing websides) and Walter Lenigan helped me do the final steps and make the push effective. Using the tutorials and the commands of the git repository finally the first part of the website was up in the server.
This been the first week ,with high emotions and real exicted was definetly a unique experience.Having traoubles wasnt easy but accepting that this is a challenge.Personality was able to notice my faults in very specific areas like the devloping and desinging the website, been the first time working with HTML5 and even learning about its weight and usage on a sever.
