ELIE

On the 3rd day of the Instructor Bootcamp, local children dropped by for a visit. One child decided to stick around after all the other kids went home...to learn more.

Elie Ozenne is an 11yr old French transplant to Lyngen, Norway and lives near the Fablab. He says school is too slow for him and enjoyed all the learning he received on his Fablab visit. Since the first visit, he came to the fablab every day.

He learned Blender modeling and animation (Rico) on the first day.

He learned to 3D print (Patrick) on the second day.

And on the 3rd day he will learn...FREECAD (Kris), Stone milling (Augusto), Lasercutting (Sedat).

Then Elie was introduced to the Fabacademy program by its founder, Neil. Look for his name to appear in the Fabacademy student roster in the near future.

Then Elie's parents visit the fablab and Elie tells them about all the things he learned on this 'hookie' day from school!
