A few months ago, Svavar discovered something remarkable in a Youtube comment on one of Stephen Hawes' videos.

Apparently, LPKF, who have been lasering PCBs for a long time don't ablate all the copper. Instead, they cut the copper layer into strips, and then heat the strips until they pop off the board! You may have seen your PCB traces bulge up and come off the board when you overheat them with a soldering iron or heat gun.

Frosti provided good initial settings for the xTool F2 Ultra and Svavar proceeded to do many small tests, culminating in Jani's Sampo mill PCB:
