Staying in Amsterdam
January is a fairly quiet month in Amsterdam in terms of visitors. That offers quite a few options in terms of accommodation. Below is a list of hotels with which we have had positive experiences, varying in price and distance from the Waag/Fablab. What can also be beneficial is if you share an airbnb with several people. Always check the distance by public transport: some places just outside Amsterdam (especially to the north) are good and quickly accessible until midnight (all night on Friday and Saturday). Use 9292 (public transport) for this.
