- ...topic leader with global reputation ("Global Leaders") + experienced FA guru instructor ("Topic Leaders")
- "Topic Leaders" will need to be identified >> Community nominations?
- Neil remains as curator
- Selectively Neil will get involved in projects
- Neil to pass on Prep Mtgs and Student Reviews to "Topic Leaders"

- 2024: Identify topic leaders + global experts
- work with Neil on generating weekly content
- 2025: Neil + topic leaders weekly
- tag team...Neil leads and taps TLs to takeover during class
- Neil drops Random Reviews...does Prep (Deltas) and Lecture
- 2026: topic leaders + Neil weekly
- tag team...TLs leads and taps Neil to takeover during class
- Neil no longer does Prep and Random Reviews...only lecture
